Job summary

MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager of Operations to support multiple affiliated dental practices within an assigned territory. The role partners with doctor owners and office leadership to drive performance, improve patient experience, and support growth.

The position is remote with travel throughout New York; 5+ years of multi-site management and strong leadership are required to coach teams and balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site or multi-practice management experience.
• Healthcare or dental operations experience preferred.
• Experience managing financial performance, accounts receivable, billing, and operational metrics.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and support for multiple affiliated dental practices within an assigned territory.
• Partner with doctor owners and office leaders to drive practice performance and achieve operational goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, accounts receivable, and profitability.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop office leadership teams while promoting accountability and engagement.
• Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Support billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes across assigned practices.
• Serve as a liaison between affiliated offices and corporate support departments.
• Travel regularly to practices to provide leadership, training, and operational guidance.
• Lead special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
