The role is responsible for leading the operational activities of the team, ensuring a client retention rate of 92% or higher and supporting corporate growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Agency.
• Prior managerial experience preferred; ability to manage others effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of agency management system functionality and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational activities of the Select Commercial Lines Account Management team.
• Ensure a client retention rate of 92% or above.
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships for policy renewals.
