Job summary

BD is seeking a district sales leader to achieve objectives through effective management of personnel and resources. The role entails directing sales activities, recruiting and developing staff, and coordinating with the Area VP on pricing and market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven top 20% sales performance in multiple years, as well as successful proven track record of leading people and/or teams.

Position Summary:

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or related area.

  • Five years outside medical sales experience or equivalency.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work remotely in their own home office. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
