You will lead Community Managers, manage budgets, and optimize operations, while promoting resident satisfaction and community engagement. This is a mission-driven role with growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years as an Area or Regional Manager in Multifamily.
• Proven track record of success overseeing a portfolio of three or more affordable properties.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred, or equivalent combinations of education and/or experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Community Managers and site teams.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue.
• Oversee property operations and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain property conditions and curb appeal.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges; implement solutions.
• Guide site teams through change management initiatives.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and resident satisfaction across properties.
• Analyze financial reports and property performance data to drive decisions.
• Oversee capital projects within budget and timelines.
• Resolve conflicts among team members and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with ownership, vendors, and community organizations.
• Ensure crisis management plans are in place and tested.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
