Job summary

151 Coffee is a fast-growing drive-thru coffee concept where fun, energy, and a people-first culture drive performance. We’re seeking a leader who loves people, thrives on energy, and can turn good vibes into crazy success across multiple locations.

You will lead hype-fueled teams, own KPIs including sales and experience, coach store managers, and open new locations. If you bring hands-on leadership and the drive to grow talent, this is your calling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in drive-through coffee or restaurant concepts.
• Proven experience managing at least 3 locations simultaneously.
• Hands-on leadership style, in-store daily, not remote.
• Strong track record of driving customer experience, sales, profitability and operations across multiple units.
• Experience leading leaders; coaching, developing and holding managers accountable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a people-first mindset.
• Comfortable owning metrics, P&L, and performance targets.
• Passion for developing talent and building future leaders.
• Strong communicator with frontline teams and senior leadership.
• Experience with new store openings, scaling teams, and growth environments.

Store Operations: 6:00am - 8:00 pm (Daily)

Shift: Wednesday-Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 am - 5:00

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in multi-unit, drive-through coffee or restaurant concepts (required)
• Proven experience managing at least 3+ locations simultaneously leading Store/Stand Man
• agersHands-on leadership style, in a store every day, not managing from a distance
• Strong track record of driving customer experience, sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple untis
• Experience leading leaders. You know how to coach, develop, and hold managers accountable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without losing the people-first mindset
• Comfortable owning metrics, P&L, and performance targets, and improving them
• Passion for developing talent and building future leaders (you don’t just fill roles, you grow people)
• Strong communicator who can connect with frontline teams and senior leadership alike
• Experience with new store openings, scaling teams, and growth environments. You bring energy, positivity, and a leadership style that fits the 151 vibe!
