Job summary

151 Coffee in Dallas is seeking an energetic Store Leader to guide hype-fueled, people-first teams delivering fast, great-tasting drinks and unforgettable experiences. You will drive store-level performance, coach managers, and own customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability in a high-volume environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of multi-unit leadership in coffee/restaurant concepts, with a hands-on approach and strong communication skills to connect frontline teams with senior

Qualifications

• 3 years of multi-unit leadership in drive-through coffee or restaurant concepts.
• Experience managing at least 3 locations simultaneously.
• Hands-on leadership style, in-store daily.
• Strong track record of driving customer experience, sales, profitability and operational performance across multiple units.
• Experience leading leaders and coaching managers.
