Freedom Enterprises & Scooter's Coffee is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead and energize our Kearney store. You’ll manage schedules, inventory, and team performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We’re looking for an energetic leader who loves people, thrives in fast-paced settings, and can coach baristas to be friendly and fast. Join a team focused on growth, fun, and delivering great coffee daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in a fast paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operations of your store - managing schedules, inventory, and team performance.
• Hiring, training, and coaching your team of baristas to be the friendliest, fastest crew in town.
• Creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where both customers and team members feel valued.
• Owning the customer experience and ensuring every drink, smile, and interaction is top-notch.
• Driving store sales and hitting performance goals through smart decisions and an eye for opportunity.
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and up to brand standards.
• Jumping in wherever needed - whether it's whipping up lattes or solving a scheduling puzzle on the fly.
