Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial performance of multiple multifamily communities.

A Denver-based real estate owner and operator is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a local portfolio of multifamily communities.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting on-site teams, improving property performance, maintaining compliance, and ensuring each community operates to a high standard. The properties are located near the corporate office, allowing the Regional Manager to remain closely connected to both leadership and site-level operations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the daily operations and financial performance of multiple multifamily communities
• Lead, coach, and hold property managers and on-site teams accountable
• Monitor occupancy, collections, expenses, leasing activity, resident retention, and property-level performance
• Review operating budgets, monthly financial reports, variance reports, and capital needs
• Conduct regular property visits and ensure operational standards are consistently maintained
• Develop and execute action plans for underperforming communities
• Partner with maintenance, accounting, construction, and executive leadership
• Support hiring, training, performance management, and team development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and applicable affordable-housing programs
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, inspections, and operational reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Experience overseeing multiple multifamily properties
• Previous Regional Manager, Regional Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, or comparable multi-site leadership experience
• Strong understanding of property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, leasing, maintenance, and team management
• LIHTC or affordable-housing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to identify performance issues and implement practical solutions
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in the Denver office every day and traveling locally to properties as needed
• Experience with multifamily property-management software and reporting systems
