PDS Health is seeking a Regional Manager to lead all non-clinical operations across its dental offices in the Austin area. You will build strong teams, guide operations managers, and drive regional revenue growth with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.

The role requires experience in multi-location management, a business or healthcare administration degree, and strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in multi-location management in healthcare or related industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong PM skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to draw valid conclusions and make decisions under pressure.

• Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices and drive region-wide revenue growth.
• Implement and master high-level strategic analysis and execution with accountability for sales growth.
• Develop and conduct regional trainings and meetings with outstanding presentation skills.
• Identify future PDS locations based on geography and opportunity.

The Regional Manager will lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their region. As such, the Regional Manager must understand the larger picture and have a vision of the future for their offices that translates to an overall growth strategy. They are to provide leadership and guidance to their group of offices, and will play a vital role in identifying and opening new, modern PDS-supported offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their region
• Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same office sales growth
• Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills
• Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure

Compensation Information

$86,000.00-$129,000.00 / Annually
