Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-location operations in healthcare or related fields.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong PM skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• Ability to draw conclusions and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their region


• Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same office sales growth


• Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills


• Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred


• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills


• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills


• Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure
