Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee non-clinical operations of dental offices in the assigned region, building strong teams and guiding regional leaders to grow revenue. You will translate a regional growth vision into actionable plans and open new PDS-supported offices.

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll develop and deliver regional trainings, drive performance across locations, and identify future sites based on geography and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Several years of multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure.

Overview

As such, the Regional Manager must understand the larger picture and have a vision of the future for their offices that translates to an overall growth strategy. They are to provide leadership and guidance to their group of offices, and will play a vital role in identifying and opening new, modern PDS-supported offices.

Salary Information

$81,900.00-$122,860.00 / Annually
