Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Regional Manager in Austin to lead all non-clinical operations across multiple dental offices. You will build high-performing teams, mentor operations managers, and drive regional revenue growth, while identifying new locations for modern PDS-supported offices.

The role requires several years of multi-location management experience in healthcare or related industries, plus a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgement in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same office sales growth.
• Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills.
• Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity.

Compensation Information

$86,000.00-$129,000.00 / Annually
