Job summary

MB2 Dental in North Carolina is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee affiliated practices across the NC market. This on-site/remote role acts as the operational lead, coordinating with offices and support departments while traveling as needed.

You will develop teams, ensure patient service standards, manage performance, and drive growth with leadership support, a strong bonus plan, and benefits that include health insurance, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental office management experience.
• Must have multi-office management experience.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and work some Saturdays.

MB2 Dental has an opening for a Regional Manager to support our affiliated practices across the North Carolina market! This role serves as an operational leader within the territory and acts as the primary liaison between the offices and the support departments. You will have the ability to work on-site and also work remotely to support your offices. Some travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Model outstanding patient service, written, verbal, and other communication skills.
• Identify team member strengths and areas of opportunity as it relates to patient skills.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal patient service levels.
• Onboard all team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic practice environment while continuing to meet the patient and business needs.
• Train operations team members to perform duties in a timely and accurate manner while auditing work to confirm quality and provide additional training as needed.
• Partner with the human resources department for coaching and guidance regarding personnel management, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and performance warnings.
• Attend meetings, training courses, and other learning and development opportunities as made available and/or required.
• Partner with the dentist and regional operations leadership to make operational decisions that benefit the dental practice.
• Understand, analyze, and action plan key performance metrics to successfully lead and grow the business.
• Hold team accountable to regular and timely required workplace diversity, HIPAA, and OSHA training requirements.
• Review operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement course corrective activity as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior dental office management experience is required.
• Must have previous multi-office management experience.
• Must have strong P&L knowledge.
• High School diploma or GED required, 4-year bachelor's preferred, or equivalent of management experience in the dental field.
• Sales and Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to multi-task, delegate, and hold others accountable.
• Computer literacy and typing proficiency (preferred proficiency in the operation of Dentrix and Dexis software).
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing.
• Must be available to work some Saturdays.
• Ability to travel as needed.
