Job summary

MB2 Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to support affiliated practices across Virginia. This on-site/remote role leads operations, coordinates with support departments, and travels as needed to drive performance.

Two-plus years in dental office management and multi-office leadership are required, with strong P&L knowledge. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 plus health, bonus, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental office management experience required.
• Must have prior multi-office management experience.
• Strong P&L knowledge required.
• Sales & customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to multi-task, delegate, and hold others accountable.
• Proficient with office software; Dentrix and Dexis preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes.
• Available to work some Saturdays.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Model outstanding patient service and communication skills.
• Identify team strengths and opportunities related to patient interactions.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members for optimal service.
• Onboard new staff to integrate into a dynamic practice environment.
• Audit operations and provide ongoing training to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with HR on coaching, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
• Attend meetings and development opportunities as required.
• Partner with dentist and regional leadership to guide operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with diversity, HIPAA, and OSHA training.
• Review performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
