Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a dedicated Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee multiple local sites, including Salem, MA, Haverhill, MA, and Nashua, NH, ensuring smooth operation of a major distribution center.

A typical day includes site visits, safety compliance, work orders management, facility walkthroughs, data analysis and reporting, and leadership of maintenance technicians across sites.

This role offers growth opportunities into regional and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs.
• Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management.
• Multi-site experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple locations ensuring each site meets high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency.
• Lead daily briefing and safety updates.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate maintenance work orders based on technician skills and availability.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to address maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleanliness.
• Analyze maintenance data and performance to drive improvements and report findings to management.
• Provide guidance and development to maintenance technicians and lead training initiatives.
