Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time experience.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years Microsoft Office applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and performance.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures during maintenance activities across your region.
• Design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs across your region and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and partner with applicable teams to address system performance issues and provide analysis.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance within your region.
