The Regional Maintenance Planner and Scheduler plays a critical role within the Maintenance organization. This role manages, creates, updates, and maintains the maintenance schedule and plan for general maintenance and turnarounds across multiple locations. It also involves supervising aspects of the turnaround and maintenance teams to ensure schedule execution. The Planner collects, organizes, and documents work order steps, including resources, tools, and materials, to execute maintenance safely and efficiently.
The planner is responsible for scheduling employee work to ensure timely completion, facilitating maintenance productivity, and ensuring safe, quality work through clear work order development. The role requires utilizing current knowledge and documentation, as well as improving documentation for future use.
This role is based in Joliet, IL, with travel to Gurnee, IL, and Utica, IL, once a week each.
