Our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) line of business has recently partnered with a leading Oil & Gas provider to implement a strategic SAP S/4HANA training initiative. We are seeking to hire multiple Contract Maintenance Planners & Schedulers to facilitate ongoing training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring end-users gain hands-on experience with the S/4HANA solution. This role requires up to 100% travel to either the client’s Carlsbad, CA, or Midland, TX locations for the duration of this six-month project, from May 1 to October 31, 2025.

Responsibilities:

• SAP Maintenance Planners will focus on work planning, resource allocation, and maintenance execution strategy, emphasizing work planning & preparation, integration & compliance, training & knowledge transfer.
• SAP Maintenance Schedulers will focus on executing planned maintenance activities, ensuring operational continuity through scheduling & execution management, resource & workforce coordination, and performance reporting.

Both roles will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless maintenance execution, provide regular updates to leadership on planning effectiveness and operational impacts, and support SAP system enhancements and troubleshooting post-go-live for optimal system utilization.

Ideal candidates will have:

• SAP expertise and familiarity with system processes and data structures.
• Proficiency in Prometheus for scheduling and maintenance planning.
• Understanding of the Oil & Gas domain.
• Experience in end-user training.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
• S/4HANA experience is preferred but will be supported with initial training from Rizing.
