Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent Amazon experience.
• 2+ years in leadership/supervisory roles.
• 2+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities across the region.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs and coordinate external contractors.
• Monitor MHE metrics and analyze system performance.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance.
