Job summary

S.C. Swiderski LLC is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function across Wisconsin properties. You will manage coordinators, leads, and technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high tenant satisfaction.

Collaborate with Leasing, Property Managers, and Facilities Manager to set standards, plan capital needs, and optimize resources. Strong focus on SOPs, KPIs, budgeting, and vendor management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- or associate-level education in Facilities/Construction/Business Administration is preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is required or obtainable within 90 days.
• Experience managing multi-site maintenance teams and budgets is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team across multiple sites.
• Define SOPs for maintenance scheduling and work-order management.
• Monitor safety, quality, and vendor compliance; manage budgets and reports.
