Job summary

National Community Renaissance seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager in Texas to lead maintenance teams across apartment communities. You will supervise staff, coordinate with regional property managers, manage subcontractors, and ensure all maintenance tasks and minor construction are completed on time and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Residential property maintenance knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interiors and exteriors in superior condition.
• Complete Annual Unit Inspections in their region on schedule.
• Ensure maintenance shops are organized and safe.
• Provide updates to Property Managers on maintenance and staffing.
• Work with Project Manager to complete projects within budget.
• Oversee maintenance projects and ensure high quality work from vendors.
• Negotiate with vendors for best pricing.
• Supervise maintenance team schedules and time/leave.
• Recruit and develop qualified maintenance staff.
• Create a safe, productive work environment.
• Attend company events related to team development.
