Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Support Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple markets. You will lead regional technical teams, develop programs and standards, and drive improvements in uptime and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong technical background in car wash systems, exceptional leadership, and proven ability to manage multi-unit operations. This position is based in the Charlotte area with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong technical background in car wash systems or similar automated equipment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-unit technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach Maintenance Supervisors and regional technical teams.
• Create and implement maintenance programs, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee regional budget, parts management, and vendor relationships.
• Review and analyze uptime, repair costs, and maintenance KPIs.
• Identify systemic issues and drive long-term improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Training, and Safety teams to align on priorities.
• Ensure strong execution of maintenance support for new site openings.
• Provide escalation support for complex or high-impact equipment failures.
