Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Support Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple markets, providing leadership to Supervisors and regional technical teams to ensure consistent execution of maintenance standards. You will lead the development and implementation of maintenance programs and manage regional budgets, parts, and vendor relationships.

• 5-7 years of progressive maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong technical background in car wash systems or similar automated equipment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and coach Maintenance Supervisors and regional technical teams.
• Create and implement maintenance programs, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee regional budget, parts management, and vendor relationships.
• Review and analyze uptime, repair costs, and maintenance KPIs.
• Identify systemic issues and drive long-term improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Training, and Safety teams to align on priorities.
• Ensure strong execution of maintenance support for new site openings.
• Provide escalation support for complex or high-impact equipment failures.
