Dasmen Residential is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple communities. You will conduct weekly site visits, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality upkeep while coordinating with CapEx for renovations.

You will train maintenance teams in the AppRent system, track key performance metrics, and lead the on-call rotation. The role offers growth opportunities within a supportive work family and competitive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Perform weekly site visits to monitor maintenance operations at each community.
• Assist with sourcing maintenance talent through referrals, networking, and industry contacts; participate in candidate interviews with PMs and Regional Manager.
• Coach and mentor maintenance staff with regular training and corrective guidance.
• Become fluent in AppRent maintenance system and train staff on its use.
• Provide weekly maintenance operation reports to the Executive Leadership Team with staffing, project status, and KPIs.
• Drive staff performance in completing work orders and reduce callbacks while ensuring customer service.
• Perform quality control checks on work and guide on quality improvements.
• Coordinate with CapEx on renovations and ops outside day-to-day maintenance and review bids for outsourced work.
