Job summary

CBRE Global WorkplaceSolutions (GWS) is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead a large portfolio and provide senior technical and operational support for policy development across CBRE-managed properties.

This role entails budgeting, planning, and capital expenditure control, plus directing maintenance programs, staff development, and safety compliance for a major client in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM preferred.
• Active real estate and/or Professional Engineer license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business unit's financial performance for an account.
• Provide recommendations for tactical and strategic planning.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts and operating and capital expenditures.
• Direct staff recruitment, development, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate, timely reports and regular property inspections.
• Recommend alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning of properties as needed.
