Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead a large portfolio and provide senior technical and operational support to the account staff. You will oversee budgeting, planning, and reports, drive maintenance and safety standards across properties, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality service for a major client.

The minimum salary ranges from $185,000 to $210,000 per year with comprehensive benefits; a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum eight years of related experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience required; professional designations are a plus.
• Real estate knowledge or PE license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large portfolio and provide senior technical and operational support.
• Plan, budget and control operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities, develop proposals and present to clients.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of property reports and inspections.
• Direct alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of properties as needed.
