Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
• 8+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 6+ years of leading multiple layer organizations experience.
• 6+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience.
• 6+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing continuous improvement (CI) experience.
• 6+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers across your region.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventive maintenance programs and manage regional budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and partner with site leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and external contractors; provide technical leadership on equipment end-of-life decisions.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to monitor and guide maintenance across locations.
