Job summary

Broad Management Group is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead multifamily maintenance across South Georgia. The role involves hands-on HVAC and building system work, team development, and cost control.

Initial focus will be at one GA property for 6-9 months, then expansion to additional properties within the region. Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, conducting inspections, coordinating with managers and vendors, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Multifamily maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, unit turns, and building systems.
• Maintenance supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within the South Georgia region and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance teams across assigned properties.
• Own the property by focusing on team building, cost control, unit turns, and improvements.
• Provide hands-on maintenance support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general upkeep.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors, and staff to prioritize work orders and projects.
• Train, mentor, and hold maintenance staff accountable.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and vendor services to support budgets.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, repairs, and inventory.
• Travel within approximately a 4-hour radius to provide leadership and hands-on support.
