Job summary

Broad Management Group is seeking a hands-on Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across our South Georgia portfolio. The role requires strong HVAC expertise, the ability to walk properties, assess needs, and rally a team to get tasks done right.

The initial focus will be at one GA property for 6-9 months, expanding to other South Georgia sites. You will supervise teams, control costs, manage unit turns, and provide on-site support across regions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• HVAC certification and strong HVAC experience preferred.
• Proven multifamily maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems.
• Maintenance supervisory or leadership experience preferred; ability to train and motivate teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel within South Georgia for site support and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance teams across properties to complete work professionally and efficiently.
• Own property performance with focus on team building, cost control, and unit turns.
• Provide hands-on maintenance support including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and property standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify needs and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and staff to prioritize work orders and emergencies.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and monitor costs, inventory, and vendor services.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Travel within approximately a 4-hour radius to lead and support sites.

Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a hands‑on maintenance leader who knows how to walk a property, spot what needs to be done, and rally a team to get it done right? Broad Management Group is seeking a strong Regional Maintenance Supervisor for our South Georgia portfolio. This is an opportunity for an experienced HVAC and apartment maintenance professional to take ownership, strengthen operations, control costs, build a reliable team, and make a visible impact across the region. The initial focus will be at 1 of the GA properties for approximately 6-9 months, with the role expanding to support additional South Georgia properties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and support maintenance teams across assigned properties while ensuring work is completed effectively, efficiently, and professionally.
2. Take ownership of the property by focusing on team building, cost control, unit turns, and property improvements.
3. Provide hands‑on maintenance support, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, unit turns, and general building maintenance.
4. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and property standards across the regional portfolio.
5. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Coordinate with property managers, regional managers, vendors, and maintenance staff to prioritize work orders, emergencies, turns, and projects.
7. Train, mentor, and hold maintenance staff accountable while helping build strong, dependable teams.
8. Monitor maintenance costs, materials, inventory, tools, equipment, and vendor services to support budget goals and cost control.
9. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, repairs, inventory, and vendor activity.
10. Travel within approximately a 4-hour radius to provide leadership, training, oversight, and hands‑on support.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in maintenance, HVAC, or property management preferred.
2. HVAC certification and strong HVAC experience strongly preferred.
3. Proven multifamily maintenance experience with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, unit turns, and building systems.
4. Maintenance supervisory or leadership experience preferred, with the ability to train, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
5. Strong problem‑solving, communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
6. Experience controlling maintenance costs, managing inventory, coordinating vendors, and prioritizing multiple projects.
7. Ability to work independently, take ownership, make sound decisions, and work alongside the team as needed.
8. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to travel throughout the South Georgia Region, and willingness to participate in on‑call rotation.

Compensation

Compensation: Competitive salary with generous benefit package. Pay: $38-$42
