Job summary

Broad Management Group is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across properties in the South Georgia region, with initial focus on one GA property for up to 9 months.

The role requires strong HVAC and apartment maintenance background, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to train and motivate a dependable team while managing costs and schedules. Travel within approximately a 4-hour radius is required, with on-site leadership and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and extensive HVAC experience required.
• Multifamily maintenance experience with building systems.
• Maintenance supervisory experience preferred; able to train and motivate.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management.
• Willingness to travel within approx. 4-hour radius and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance teams across multiple properties and ensure quality work.
• Own property operations, focus on team building, turns, and improvements.
• Provide hands-on maintenance support (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and property standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and improvements.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors, and staff to prioritize work.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and ensure accountability.
• Monitor costs, inventory, tools, and vendor services to control expenses.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, repairs, and inventory.
• Travel within ~4 hours to provide leadership and hands-on support.
