Broad Management Group LLC is seeking a hands-on Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead HVAC and apartment maintenance across South Georgia. The role starts at one property for 6-9 months with expansion to additional properties, requiring travel within a four-hour radius.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and strong HVAC experience preferred.
• Multifamily maintenance experience with building systems knowledge.
• Proven supervisory or leadership ability to train and motivate teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout South Georgia and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance teams across properties to ensure quality work.
• Own the property focus on team building, cost control, and turns.
• Provide hands-on maintenance support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify needs and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors, and staff to priority orders.
• Train and mentor staff and build dependable teams.
• Monitor costs, inventory, tools, and vendor services to meet budgets.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, repairs, and inventory.
• Travel within ~4-hour radius to provide leadership.
