Job summary

Bryan Properties Group in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our properties. This hands-on role collaborates with Property Managers and the Director of Operations to keep our buildings running smoothly, manage vendors, and drive safe, efficient work.

You will be involved in work orders, preventive maintenance, vendor management, purchasing, and small to medium-size projects, stepping in for hands-on tasks when required.

Qualifications

• At least four years of general building maintenance experience.
• Two years of supervisory or maintenance lead experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• On-call rotation availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across our properties.
• Collaborate with Property Managers and the Director of Operations.
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
• Assist with purchasing, maintenance budgets, and small to medium-size property projects.
• Jump in to perform hands-on work as needed.
