Job summary

Monroe Group is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to plan, implement, and review the preventive maintenance operations across our portfolio of properties. The role requires leading on-site teams, ensuring NSPIRE readiness, and coordinating safety, inventory, and compliance across regions.

The candidate will travel up to 75% to sites, report progress monthly, and participate in capital forecasting and asset-management collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regional maintenance experience overseeing a large affordable housing portfolio.
• Preferred CMM, OSHA, EH&S certifications and NSPIRE experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance across multiple communities.
• Travel up to 75% to prepare properties for NSPIRE and lead onsite teams.
• Lead monthly calls and provide updates for each property.
• Oversee 24/7/ deficiencies follow-up and NSPIRE scoring corrections.
• Coordinate maintenance programs, safety, inventory, and compliance.
• Assist in capital forecasting and project management.
• Support asset management in monitoring HappyCo scores and processes.
