Job summary

Community Housing Network (CHN) in central Ohio seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across CHN properties. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure preventative maintenance, timely work orders, and compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in apartment maintenance, 2+ years in supervision, HVAC credentials preferred, and strong communication and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or 5 years in repair trades.
• 3+ years in apartment maintenance.
• 2+ years in supervisory role.
• HVAC Certification & EPA card preferred.
• Experience with property management software & work order systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs across CHN properties; supervise technicians.
• Coordinate inspections, unit turns, and vendor work to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage inventory; ensure parts and supplies are available to complete work orders.
• Maintain OSHA and CHN safety compliance; report hazards and participate in safety programs.
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance staff; approve payroll and monitor performance.
• Review workloads, budgets, and efficiency; ensure occupancy and unit turn targets are met.
