Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple markets. You will lead maintenance staff and contractors, develop preventive maintenance plans, and use data to drive cost savings and reliability of properties.

This role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and the ability to travel between markets. You will work with site teams, support new property acquisitions, and ensure maintenance standards align with Dominium's safety programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; technical training preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Experience with multiple building types (mid/high-rise, townhomes).
• High proficiency with HVAC systems.
• Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
• CPO certification if required on site.
• REAC or HUD experience.
• Excellent English communication; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel between markets and corporate.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and trains regional maintenance staff and contractors.
• Develops preventive maintenance plans for all properties.
• Analyzes service requests to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensures safety by enforcing Dominium Safety Program.
• Coordinates hiring interviews for maintenance team.
• Oversees site inspections and maintains maintenance records.
• Supports integration of new property acquisitions.
• Monitors maintenance performance across markets and reports trends.
