Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Roving Maintenance Specialist to provide hands‑on maintenance and asset support across our properties. You will assess needs, execute action plans, and ensure unit readiness and upkeep of common areas.

You will lead onsite maintenance teams, coordinate with regional staff, and help establish sustainable preventive maintenance programs. A strong technical background and ability to work independently are essential to keep properties safe and well‑maintained.

Qualifications

• Full-time maintenance experience required.
• 3–5 years minimum maintenance work.
• English language proficiency required.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess properties to identify maintenance deficiencies.
• Execute maintenance action plans to improve condition.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs.
• Provide temporary maintenance coverage as needed.
• Lead and train onsite maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage work orders.
