Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a maintenance/operations leader in Owensboro, KY. You will oversee service operations, mentor maintenance teams, and drive uptime across vending and related equipment. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and process improvements to support growth.

Required focus includes coordinating preventative maintenance, managing expenses, and ensuring regulatory compliance while traveling as needed to support multiple locations.

Competenze

• Associates degree and five years related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays.

Mansioni

• Provides leadership and direction for maintenance and service operations region-wide.
• Manages maintenance teams: hiring, training, coaching, performance management.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and timely repair of vending and related equipment.
• Controls maintenance expenses, parts inventory, and asset usage.
