Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and regional operating costs.
• Strong leadership and discipline in fast-paced retail environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA, health codes, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facilities across all stores; ensure uptime and safety.
• Recruit, hire, evaluate, and develop the maintenance & facility crew; manage disciplinary actions.
• Lead training programs to ensure consistency across locations.
• Drive cost control, labor planning, and regional financials (P&L, expenses).
• Resolve customer and employee issues to improve satisfaction and operations.
