Accurate Personnel is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager (East Coast) to oversee maintenance across multiple facilities in the CT, PA, and VA region. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong ammonia refrigeration expertise, and the ability to coordinate vendors and internal teams across several locations.

The position requires managing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting start-ups for new distribution centers, and maintaining high safety and reliability standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience involving mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Strong vendor management and multi-site coordination experience.
• Ability to travel to facilities across the region for start-ups and ongoing operations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage comprehensive maintenance for all facilities in the region.
• Lead start-up projects for new distribution centers, including travel, staff coordination, equipment prep, and readiness.
• Develop and oversee preventive and routine maintenance schedules for each location.
• Coordinate inspections and maintenance with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain availability for on-call maintenance and respond to emergencies as needed.
