This position is responsible for maintaining the Club’s property, including general facility maintenance, building repairs, construction projects, and equipment management. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, identifying unsafe conditions, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inspect all properties daily to ensure operations meet club standards and procedures.
2. Perform regular and preventive maintenance across the facility.
3. Collaborate with team members regularly.
4. Respond promptly to reported maintenance issues.
5. Maintain outdoor grounds.
6. Handle electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling tasks in a timely manner.
7. Supervise maintenance staff within your region.
8. Monitor building security and safety protocols.
9. Maintain detailed maintenance logs.
10. Keep records of purchases and inventory of supplies.
11. Perform other related tasks as needed.
