Carecore Health is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and safety operations across multiple locations in the Cincinnati, Ohio Region, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and support maintenance teams at multiple Carecore Health facilities, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
2. Ensure all facilities meet or exceed local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including OSHA and life safety codes.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and infrastructure.
4. Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
5. Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and accountability.
6. Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans for natural disasters, power outages, or other facility-related emergencies.

Qualifications

1. CAPEX Project Management Experience Required.
2. Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in healthcare or senior living facilities.
3. Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and compliance standards related to healthcare facilities.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or degrees in a related field are preferred.
