Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Regional Float LVN Supervisor to oversee the Staffing department’s daily operations and ensure adequate staff coverage for all clinics.

You will supervise activities such as resume review, interviewing, and retaining valuable staff to maintain smooth clinic operations. The role requires a California LVN license, at least one year in a medical office, and preferred supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California LVN license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience with scheduling software preferred.
• IV Certification required; BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Staffing department.
• Schedule employees to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts in primary care clinics.
• Perform supervisory duties including reviewing resumes, interviews, and retaining valuable staff.
