Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited LVN program with current California LVN license.
• Minimum 1 year in a medical office environment; scheduling experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• IV Certification required; BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross) required.
• Experience with scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily staffing operations across primary care clinics.
• Schedule employees to ensure full shift coverage.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing and retention.
• Review resumes and identify qualified applicants.
