Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing and California RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of patient care experience with supervisory exposure.
• Master’s degree preferred; bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day back office operations and nursing care.
• Lead nursing team and ensure quality medical management.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical care programs.
• Collaborate with Site Medical Director and Admin Leadership to meet objectives.
