Job summary

Valiant Residential seeks a Regional Community Supervisor to lead operations, financial performance, and resident experience across high-end multifamily communities. You will report to the Regional VP, drive occupancy and revenue targets, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

The role requires recruiting and developing on-site teams, fostering strong resident and vendor relationships, and supporting growth strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an advanced degree in real estate, property management, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience with a strong track record of success.
• At least 3 years of on-site multifamily property management experience with ownership-level responsibilities for 5+ properties.
• Proven experience managing A to A+ class high-rise or mid-rise properties or comparable luxury communities.
• 3+ years of team management experience; industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle for travel between properties, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff while ensuring policy compliance and performance.
• Oversee daily property operations and manage budgets, revenue, and expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Conduct routine property inspections for maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
• Oversee risk management, preventive maintenance, insurance compliance, and capital improvements.
