Qualifications

• Willingness to travel ~50% (average).
• Strong coaching and team development skills.
• Strong alignment with brand standards and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Shape the client growth strategy across multiple stores in the region, focusing on retention, upgrades, reactivation and acquisition.
• Lead CRM-driven outreach planning and coaching to field teams for elevated client experiences.
• Plan boutique activations and events with cross-functional partners; measure ROI and refine future initiatives.
• Track client metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop Client Relations teams across the region, aligning with luxury standards and brand values.
• Collaborate with Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations to ensure seamless client journeys.
