Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Director, Client Development, Americas to lead the client development strategy across the Americas and accelerate client acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will oversee regional Client Relations Managers, partner with Retail leadership, and drive client-centric culture throughout the stores and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in client development and relationship management in luxury retail or high-touch hospitality.
• Proven ability to translate regional strategy into actionable client development plans across multiple markets.
• Strong CRM, clienteling, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional client development strategy and ensure clienteling standards across the Americas.
• Develop store-level client development plans with leadership and retail teams.
• Coach teams, manage key client relationships, and drive long-term client value.
