Outfield Healthcare Partners seeks a Regional Business Office Consultant to oversee a group of skilled nursing facilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience managing a skilled nursing facility business office, with multi-location oversight preferred and deep expertise in billing and collections across Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, Private Pay, and Medicaid Pending.

Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable experience.
• Able to consult and guide designated Business Office Managers.
• Monitor billing and collection efforts across facilities.
• Audits and training for all Business Office policies and procedures.
• Use collection protocols for at-risk accounts and escalate as needed.
• Knowledge of Medicaid Pending, Recertification, and Authorization.
