Diversicare Sedgwick is hiring a Regional LPN to provide skilled nursing support across centers within the region. You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with RN staff to maintain high-quality resident care.

The position is full-time, requires travel to centers in the region, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
• Flexibility to changing duties and schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily nursing operations for a unit/wing.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist physicians during rounds and document care.
• Supervise CNAs and assign daily tasks for residents.
• Ensure infection control and policy compliance.
• Capture charges for supplies used by residents.
• Travel within the region to centers as needed.
• Available for overtime and longer shifts as required.
