Job summary

Diversicare is seeking a Regional RN to support multiple centers across the region. You will render skilled nursing services, supervise CNAs, and ensure high-quality care for residents in a dynamic post-acute setting.

Travel within the region is required, and you will collaborate with physicians, staff, and families. The role offers full-time benefits and opportunities for professional growth in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Has a current license by the State Board of Nursing as an RN.
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
• Willingness to travel to centers within the region.

Responsibilities

• Receives report on patient/resident status from previous shift and communicates to oncoming shift.
• Makes rounds in assigned area to assess quality of care and supervise care providers.
• Provides direct nursing care per physician orders and established plan of care.
• Documents patient/resident conditions and care provided.
• May supervise other care providers and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Care Team.
• Assists with Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
